Mexico Gets the Monday Night Spotlight in León

The Women’s Pan American Cup continues Monday in León with four more pool-play matches, and the host nation gets the marquee spot at the end of the night. Mexico faces Cuba at 10:00 PM Eastern in one of the more interesting matches of the day as the tournament moves deeper into the preliminary round. Puerto Rico opens Monday against Nicaragua after beginning the tournament with a dominant straight-set win over Venezuela, while Canada faces Venezuela later in the evening. Costa Rica and Guatemala meet in between before Mexico and Cuba close the schedule.
