These terms apply to evewsports.com and the EVE WSports newsletter, published by EVE WSports LLC. By using the site, you agree to them.

OUR WORK

Everything we publish, including stories, editions, artwork, design and the names BELT OF VENUS, FIRST BLUSH, AFTERGLOW and PINK HOUR, belongs to EVE WSports. You’re welcome to read it, share links to it and quote short passages with credit and a link back. Please don’t republish whole stories, editions or artwork without our written permission.

SCHEDULES AND PICKS

We check every date, start time and broadcast before publishing, but events move and broadcasters change their plans. Confirm with the league, event or broadcaster before making plans around a time.

EVE’s Edge is our pick for fun and conversation. It is not betting advice.

OTHER SITES

We link to leagues, broadcasters, Substack, Ko-fi and other sites. We don’t control them, and their own terms apply.

MEMBERSHIP

EVE Premium is $4 a month or $40 a year. Founding Membership is $100 a year: the same membership, at a higher price that helps build EVE from the start. No extra benefits are promised. Payments are processed by Stripe, and EVE never sees or stores your full card number.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each month or year, and your card is charged on the renewal date until you cancel. If the price changes, we’ll email you before your next renewal.

You can cancel anytime from My Account. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for and won’t be charged again.

Payments are not refundable, including partial months or years, except where the law requires. If something looks wrong with a charge, email us.

FREE ACCOUNTS

A free account includes 3 full stories a week. Your count resets every Monday at 6 AM ET, and stories opened the week before lock again. One account per person. We may close accounts made to get around the limit.

NO WARRANTY

The site and newsletter are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, EVE WSports is not liable for losses that come from using them.

CHANGES

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
