Valeria del Campo struck in stoppage time to give ten-player Monterrey a 2–1 win at Puebla on Sunday, keeping Rayadas perfect in 15 all-time meetings with La Franja. The Costa Rican pounced on a deflection from Valerie Vargas's late free kick, rescuing all three points after Monterrey had lost Lucía García to a red card.

Del Campo's winner lifted Amandine Miquel's side to 24 points from eight wins in nine matches and kept Monterrey atop Group A in the Liga MX Femenil Apertura.
