A Lim Kim Opens With 65 to Lead LOTTE Championship

A Lim Kim opened the LOTTE Championship with a bogey-free 7-under 65 on Thursday to take a one-stroke lead at Hoakalei Country Club in Ewa Beach, Hawaii.

The 30-year-old South Korean built the round in the morning wave, working through intermittent rain and gusting wind before separating herself late. Kim birdied Nos. 15, 16 and 17 in succession, then closed with a par at the par-5 18th to finish with seven birdies and a clean card.
